Ghana High Commissioner UK/IRE Scholarship

About Us

There are two new scholarships open to Ghanaian nationals who wish to study for an MSc Oil and Gas Management at Coventry University, Coventry campus for MBA Oil & Gas Management at Coventry, University, and London Campus. Each scholarship is worth £2000 of tuition fees. Applicants must be Ghanaian nationals and must be in possession of a degree from a Ghanaian university with a first class or upper second award.

British Academy/ACU Grant for International Collaboration, 2010/2011

Jointly funded with the British Academy, these grants provide opportunities for high-quality research collaboration between ACU member institutions in the UK and other Commonwealth countries. Ten awards of £5000 each are made each year. The grants are intended to support international joint activities involving British Scholars in collaboration with Commonwealth partners. Grants are available for advanced research at post-doctoral or equivalent level or beyond, in the fields of the humanities and social sciences. Participants must be on the staff of a university in membership of the ACU at the time of application.

British-Nigeria Educational Trust.

The British-Nigeria Educational Trust is donating £10,000 per year for five years to support a Commonwealth Fellowship at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. The Fellowship will enable a professor from another commonwealth country to visit the university for a period of time, for a programme of lectures, mentoring and joint research work.
